Douglas Herring - Current Township Committee Member
In 2007, I was a prosecutor in Compton, California, trying gang homicide cases. Then, almost overnight, I found myself in Montgomery, a place where cows still graze at the end of my street and where George Washington once marched the Continental Army across this same ground. What struck me was the community here, people from every corner of the earth who came together to build something special. Since then, I have volunteered with Montgomery EMS, taken photos at local sports games, and now serve on the Township Committee. I am not done yet. I want to keep helping our community.
